I first discovered Attico a year ago on Moda Operandi (pretty much where I discover all my brands!). Their gorgeous gold robe caught my attention and I was immediately drawn to their vintage-inspired aesthetic.

BRAND CRUSH: CARINE GILSON

When I think of Carine Gilson, I think of extraordinarily well-crafted lingerie, exquisite floral prints, sumptuously soft silk, delicate lace and timeless designs. It really is the epitome of luxury amongst lingerie brands. 

I first discovered the Belgium designer’s work while roaming around Saint-Germain-des-Prés in 2011. Their door was discreet but beautiful. I rang the bell and a lady came to let me in.

BRANDE CRUSH: BORDELLE

When I first discovered Bordelle in 2011 I was mesmerized. I had never heard of bondage before then but I immediately fell in love with the strong lines that give the body structure and definition. They describe their label as one that fills “a gap in the market for experimental lingerie that blurs the lines between seduction and ready to wear”. When Bordelle first launched at Selfridges in 2009 they immediately sold out, proving that there was definitely a market for high end, wearable kink.
