Mister DĀ (my boyfriend) and I have just returned from staying at a beach front villa with a private pool in Cam Ranh, Vietnam and we can’t wait to tell you all about the experience!
Experience Southern Vietnam from a Beach Front Villa with a Private Pool
Hotel ReviewFusion Resort Cam Ranh
This Christmas season my boyfriend (whom I call Mister D) and I spent our holidays in Taiwan and Vietnam. Our last two days in Vietnam was spent on the beaches of Cam Ranh, a coastal city in Southern Vietnam close to the more well-known Nha Trang. When we were booking for this trip I was determined to find the most picturesque resort with a great view from our room, and that’s when I found Fusion Resort Cam Ranh!
LOCATION
Fusion Resort Cam Ranh is a 5-10 minute drive from the Cam Ranh airport, making it super convenient to get to if you are flying into Cam Ranh. You can also take a car to the more well-known Nha Tran city area (about 40 minutes away) for different beaches and dining experiences.
DINING
There is one restaurant in the resort that serves all three meals. The food was quite delicious, despite the lack of variety. The most unique part about their dining services is that you can dine anywhere in the resort – at the restaurant, on the beach or in your villa. You simply need to make the request, and it can be done! We were able to have our breakfasts by our private pool both mornings and also set up romantic dinner one night all in the privacy of our villa! (More pictures below)
ALL-INCLUSIVE SPA
One of the reasons we decided to choose Fusion Resort Cam Ranh was because it had all-inclusive spa services! We were able to book two treatments a day for each person. Mister D and I both got facials and massages. It was a pampering and relaxing experience without having to worry about the pricing!
OUR VILLA
And… to the best part about the resort – our beach front villa with a private pool! I am always searching for the best views wherever I stay (e.g. in Milan, Paris and New York) so the Fusion Resort beach front villa was a no-brainer. Our villa was surrounded by glass windows on three sides and just steps away from the beach. The room is extremely spacious with a large king bed directly facing our private pool and the beach. We were able to fall asleep to the sound of the crashing waves and wake up with a stunning view you can’t get anywhere else. Another amazing part of the villa is the gorgeous suspended bath tub. Relaxing and recharging with a long bath is one of the best things about a vacation. You can order for a petal spa bath to be made in the comforts of your own bathroom (free of charge!) – something I definitely took advantage of!
OVERALL
Overall I’d say Fusion Resort Cam Ranh was definitely a resort worth staying at. The service was not always consistent but the staff were always friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the stunning view, delicious cuisine, free spa services and high end amenities. I highly recommend this resort for a visually pleasing and relaxing vacation. Don’t forget to book a beach front villa with a private pool for the best views!
This is my boyfriend, Mister D, who helps me take pictures with the breakfast then eats the food cold without a complaint *heart eyes*

This is such a gorgeous resort. I love all your pictures! You’re definitely good at finding the most picturesque spots. I’ve never heard of Cam Ranh but visited Hoi An, Nha Trang, and Da Nang before. The beaches of Vietnam are very underrated in my opinion! The water is so warm and lovely.

Definitely! Vietnam beaches are way too underrated! Just don’t go during Dec/Jan because it was way too windy to go into the water when we were there!
OMG this is so dreamy! the villa looks great, but I really just keep getting amazed at your photos- they are all so fun, and I can see the preparation that goes into each one. The dinner shot looks especially incredible.
I’m so glad you liked the photos Dafra! We also considered going to Da Nang but ended up in Nha Trang. It ended up being a pretty good choice. Totally recommend if you go again š

Oh and random- we also just came back from Vietnam. Nha Trang was our 2nd choice- we ended up going for Da Nang, and spent our time between Da Nang and Hoi An. It was amazing.
