You’ve seen me wear quite a bit of red on my blog long before it became a thing. So, it should be no surprise that I’m super excited to see it as one of fall’s top color trends.

Red Accessories Everyone Needs For Fall

Red is definitely having a moment right now, but if it feels a little too daring and show-stopping for you, I’ve got good news. You don’t have to run out in head-to-toe red to make a fashion-forward statement. Instead, you can work it in subtly like I did in this outfit. Red accessories add the perfect touch to any ensemble that looks a little basic – and they’re the perfect way to ease into the trend. Red accessories know how to make everything feel more fresh and inspiring even if you’re not one to gravitate towards the color. So, whether it’s statement earrings, trimmed sunnies, or a classic handbag, you can count on red to add the perfect pop of color to your wardrobe this fall.

With bold earrings like the ones I wore here, I always find that less can be more. So, I recommend keeping the rest of your jewelry to a bare minimum. Also, remember that a ladylike bag will always be timeless in red. Don’t be afraid to invest in such a piece. I know I’ll never get tired of this Kelly Bag from Hermès. Once you’re acclimated to this powerful hue, you can pick riskier pieces like a red patent leather boot, a structured blazer, a body-hugging dress, or even a bright red lip.

In this outfit, I knew instantly that red accessories were the perfect choice because of my camel-colored dress and black sandals. It’s proof that red never fails to look good against neutrals. Plus, it just happened to be a match made in heaven because I was back at home in Taiwan where red symbolizes good luck and happiness!
