Let’s face it. It’s not easy to look flattering in your boyfriend jeans. The drop crotch and the bagginess tends to make your butt look flat. The volume and the length can also make you look shorter than you are. No wonder my boyfriend hates my boyfriend jeans!

Personally I always try to put together outfits that are feminine or sexy or both. So I chose to pair my boyfriend jeans with a low-cut formfitting bodysuit from Nastygal and a pair of lacy heels to up the femininity. The boyfriend jeans itself are cropped just above the ankles to avoid stumping my height visually. It also has, in my opinion, the perfect amount of distress – not too much, not too little.

The leather necklace and earrings I added to this look are actually products I’ve designed and handmade. My leather accessories brand is still in the making but my products will be gracing my outfits here and there.

I just have to call out these cute ‘hand’ rings and also the ‘hand’ cuff both by Verameat. Slightly creepy, but so adorable.
